You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for illegal activities
- Manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
- Access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions
- Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our systems
8. Limitation of Liability
Transika is not liable for any losses resulting from market movements, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid.
